I would imagine the next time someone in that family is given an order by an officer they will listen.

Loved it.

When an officer tells you to turn around, do so.

It's not hard or complicated.

When an officer ask you to sign a ticket, do so.

It's not hard or complicated.

Signing the ticket is NOT saying you are guilty, it is saying the officer has given it to you, which he had.

Yes, I laughed. laughed hard.

I bet the next time he is asked to sign for a ticket he does. Although I hope he doesn't and gets tazzed again, and the whole world gets to see it on you tube.

Dude deserved to get tazed. Period.

You don't walk AWAY from a cop like that.

I've got family and close friends that are cops, so both of you don't think you're coming in telling me like it is. If you really think you should sign shit before it's understood or explained logically to you with proper grounds, good luck. Drawing down on this guy was a big mistake for this cop, not reading him his rights was a bigger mistake, there was no threat and the officer fucked up plain and simple. When the guy asked for his speed the cop knew he messed up, thus he became combative. This guy was as big a puss y as you can pick out, with his wife and kid in the car, so logic tells us he's not going to need tazing. The next time someone pulls something on you tell me your first instinct isn't to get the fuck away. Every time anyone draws a weapon on someone they start backing up, that does not mean you shoot them, there was no threat, the car was not running, and explaining things would have alleviated the problem. Inevitably you will both attack me personally instead of addressing the situation we're discussing, so I guess fuck off.

In Oklahoma our cops don't have Tasers, they shoot you with real bullets if you mouth off at all. Peace.

The 2 cops talking about it at the end prove its bullshit. Cops WANT to tazer people, bottom line. Instead of explaining your rights now they just result to that. Im sure in the next 5 years we will see a few well captured killings by tazer and the police will actually have to use restraint.

Watching Cops on TV doesn't mean you know anything.

Read him his rights? Why? There was no threat? Was he searched? How do you know there wasn't a gun that he left behind under the driver's seat? How many traffic stops you made now?

You can't place him under arrest without reading him his rights. Next question.

What? You are absolutely 100% wrong. The only time you ever are required to give a Miranda warning is if you are going to question him regarding the case.

You are forgetting he has friends who are cops.

NUFF said.

I know, but he's still wrong. He needs to either ask them or google the question. That's TV crap.
